It was over-priced and not at all a luxury retreat/ stay
Positive: The property was rundown and needs work on the garden. It may have once been a well kept place but it is dated. It was also noisy as other guests had young children
Negative: The place smelt of cooking odours. It was clean and tidy but very tired and cheap add-ons making it unusual
